Lychee Basil seed drink is a refreshing and unique beverage that can be enjoyed on a hot summer day. Here is a simple recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:

• 1 can of lychees (20 oz)
• 1 tablespoon of basil seeds
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1 cup of water
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Drain the lychees and reserve the syrup.
2. Soak the basil seeds in water for 10 minutes. They will become gelatinous and expand in size.
3. Blend the lychees in a blender until smooth.
4. Add honey, water, and lychee syrup to the blender and blend until well combined.
5. Transfer the lychee mixture to a glass and add the soaked basil seeds. Mix well.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately with ice cubes.
